Our apologies for the little downtime. The database server went down with our even notifying us. The problem has been resolved now and the service is up and running again.
We are sorry for any caused inconvenience.
We have changed the affiliate payout request rule:
From now one you can request only one payout. If you have already a payout request pending you cannot request another payout as usually but you have to wait until this payout is processed.
Please collect a reasonable amount first and request a payout afterwards.
This rule will help speeding up the payout requests and affiliates to receive their money quicker. Also it will keep a fair queue of payout requests for all users.
Due to the large amount of compromised accounts lately we have improved a little bit the security for our users:
- passwords must contain now and lower case letter, an upper case letter and at least one number
- with change of email you have to enter your password again
- with change of email an email will be sent to the old emailaddress for notification
Our apologies for the trouble woth FTP Server #3.
We had a broken Raid controller and a broken Harddisk.
The Server was replaced now and it works correctly again, the files from the old FTP#3 server are not lost but will be moved to another server.
Uploads on FTP #3 are fully working again.
Our apologies again, in the last days we had almost 10 servers with broken Harddisks...
For everyone who uses zooms upload tool, you should read this:
Today at 12:00 CET we will be down for some time to perform a server & software maintenace.
The Service should be restored by 15:00 CET.
We have added a new FTP Server for your convenience: ftp3.easybytez.com
You can login with your username and password, uploaded files will be available after 15 minutes in your filelocker.
Our apologies for the latest problems especially italian users had accessing us in the last 20 hours.
We had some problems with an incoming attack and on top of that also some hardware problems.
Accessibility should have been restored now.
We have added to every premium user another 2 days of premium for free already, we hope that makes it a little bit up.
We are sorry for the FTP Server downtime, both Servers just filled up and we need to backup them.
We will add bigger servers soon as FTP uploading obviously is preferred by many of you.
edit: both servers are online again now
It seems we have a temp. problem in the resolving of .easyload.to related subdomains and servers.
we will investigate the cause of this issue and try to fix this asap.
edit: this issue has been resolved and everything is working properly now.
We apologize for the latest login problems, we had missconfigured a template and the procedure wasn't working correctly.
This issue has been fixed now.
It has shown in the last days that many users have problems connecting to us as they got blocked by our Firewall.
We have found out that the IDM (Internet Download Manager) is causing problems since it initially hits on all files you add to the queue to check if they are available. This is recognized though by our firewall as an incoming attack since it could be 100 hits for e.g. 100 files and leads to blocking of your IP address.
You should not use IDM for now until we have fixed this issue.
Also try not to open too many connections at the same time to our server. Either for up- or downloading. FTP uploads wont have a problem.
You could use jdownloader with 4 open connections and full download speed, this will bring good results as well and will avoid any blocking of your IP address.
We have changed our FTP Server system and provide currently two FTP Servers for uploading.
You can either connect to:
Server 1: ftp1.easybytez.com
Server 2: ftp2.easybytez.com
with your username and password. In case one Server is offline, the other will be online. In the best case both will be online but never will be both offline.
New premium users have to wait until 1 hour for FTP login to work.
Uploaded files appear after 5-10 minutes in your filelocker.
The FTP Server is only for uploading files, it is not a filemanager to organize your files.
We have deleted some users from the database which obviously are inactive and have not logged into our site for more than a year.
Those users where free users only, not premium.
This might affect the number of your referrals, so if this number has decreased then you are missing only some inactive users, nothing bad.
Due to a software programming error we had a couple of hours downtime for our not logged in users, we apologize for this.
The error has been found and eliminated.
We are happy to announce the new Easybytez Filemanager for Windows and
Mac OS X Systems.
Upload and manage your file easily through the filemanager, without loging into
the Easybytez site every time.
Just download and install the program, go to options and enter your Easybytez
username and password.
We are happy to announce that we have added a FTP upload for our premium users.
Now it is even more easier to upload your files to your filelocker.
Instructions can be found on the main upload page, tab "FTP Upload", or in your "My Account" tab.
